I graduated valedictorian of my high school graduating class, but that didn’t come without struggle. I earned my undergraduate degree in 2 and a half years, and earned my graduate degree by age 22. I’m proud of my achievements, but looking back I realize they only happened because I was focused on the core principles of learning.
What this means is, if your child is struggling, very often a teacher or a tutor focuses on the immediate problem and solution to help them pass that class. Whereas, I believe we should be equipping the student with the essential skills necessary to empower themselves both now and for a future of success in college and the workforce.
Who am I?
As a military wife and new mom, I wanted nothing more than to show by example to my kids that they can be the change they wish to see in the world. Which is when and why the Experienced Graduate way of learning was born. I offer a variety of free resources to aide you and your child. You can check out blog posts HERE and downloadable PDF’s HERE. But I have a feeling you may be looking for one-on-one support. That support doesn’t have to cost you thousands through private tutors. . .
